What if my neighbors don't join?

You can still receive individual bids for your project. If neighbors join later, contractors may update their pricing.

How do I invite neighbors?

You can share your project link through Nextdoor, Facebook, email, text message, or any social platform.

How does grouping projects save money?

When contractors can work on multiple homes in one area, they reduce travel time, scheduling gaps, and overhead. Those savings are reflected in more competitive bids.

Does Nrbly perform construction work?

No. Nrbly is a platform that connects homeowners with licensed local contractors. We do not perform construction work or set pricing.
